Shipping & Returns
Where goods are available from stock, orders placed before 2pm Monday through Friday will normally be subject to same day dispatch. There are no dispatch or delivery services on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or Statutory Holidays.
We will always aim to dispatch goods as quickly as possible with the majority of our deliveries being shipped using DPD or AnPost 24 hour services.
Whilst the majority of orders are delivered successfully, delivery dates are not guaranteed and parcels are not considered missing or lost until they are 48hrs past the expected delivery window.
Should goods not be available from stock, or be subject to an alternate delivery schedule this will be specified in the product information. Any delay will be communicated in writing within 1 working day.
We try to keep our delivery prices as transparent as possible and unlike some other companies we do not make a profit on delivery costs.
We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packing charges and any original shipping charges are non refundable. Goods should be returned in a condition suitable for resale and where should be returned in their original packaging. Goods not returned in original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Goods which are manufactured specifically for an order and shipped correctly are not returnable.
If the wrong item is received it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. Arrangements will then be made for the incorrect item to be collected and a replacement item to be dispatched.
All of our products are supplied with a 12 month return to base warranty unless otherwise stated in the product details. If a product is found to be faulty on receipt, it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us in writing within 14 days. Arrangements will then be made for the faulty item to be collected and a replacement unit dispatched.
After this 14 day period it will be the responsibility of the buyer to mail, ship or otherwise deliver the item to a Irish Address specified by us (the seller) at time of claiming. Subject to the buyers compliance with the warranty procedure, any products that are found to be defective will be repaired/replaced (at our discretion) and returned to the buyer without charge.
This warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, failure to comply with any installation or maintenance instructions provided (including but not limited to any supplied Owners Manual or as detailed within the listed product information, alteration or modification by any parties other than the manufacturer, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, Acts of God, terrorism or any other causes beyond the control of the Seller after delivery.
The above information does not affect your statutory rights and is subject to our standard terms and conditions, which are available on request or supplied with invoice.
What we expect from you:
We will always address any questions or concerns you may have in a timely fashion. As the customer you are expected to provide any information that is required in order to rectify any issues.
Whilst we expect our staff to be polite and courteous to customers at all times, we also have a responsibility to protect them from abusive behavior. Should you (the customer) at any point threaten, abuse or in any way try to intimidate members of our team we will immediately terminate contact and request that all future conversations are handled in writing.
